Welcome to the first issue of T.A. Wilson & Associates BLOG that from this point on will be known as Tim’s Musings.
I will be discussing a variety of topics like leadership, succession planning, recruitment of diverse employees, dealing with an aging workforce, outsourcing and many other topics. For example where you aware that one in four workers will be 55 or older by 2020 or how about this, many Americans plan to keep working either full time or part time in retirement.
Here is another interesting tidbit, 425 senior executives in the United States, Asia and Europe were asked what were their top 10 concerns 35% of them said attracting and keeping talent. I’m thinking that maybe, just maybe you might see something on that in future BLOGS.
Also to keep things interesting we will have guest writers and just to keep you interested may even throw in a trivia contest with some interesting prizes. I’m looking forward to this new adventure of writing this BLOG and I hope you will find it informative and interesting.
