Timothy A. Wilson
Timothy A. Wilson is a business management and organizational development consultant and an executive coach. With more than 30 years of experience in senior-level positions, Tim helps companies identify organizational dysfunctions and create workable strategies for overcoming them. He also coaches individual professionals to overcome habits that are currently derailing their success.
During his tenure with Fortune 500 organizations Tim witnessed a variety of organizational issues that hampered the success of otherwise healthy organizations. He created a structured method for overcoming incongruent communication styles; instilling accountability in individual team members, and building cohesive teams. For the past 20years, Tim has used the skills learned during decades of corporate experience to help small to mid-sized firms overcome organizational issues; build a healthy corporate culture; and motivate their team members.
Tim is a proven expert in the areas of accountability, effective team communication, diversity management and enhanced employee performance. He has impacted organizations ranging from nationwide non-profit organizations to up-and-coming Architecture firms by facilitating team building, conducting training and change management and coaching individual executives to achieve success within their organizations. His coaching and consultation services are often sought within the New England corporate community and beyond.
Professional Development and Education
Tim started his career in information systems. However he soon moved to human resources where he resolved system and people issues. He acquired expertise in the areas of organizational development and employee/human relations while holding positions in the retail, insurance, financial services and management consulting industries before he settled into the technology arena.
Tim earned a Master of Science degree in applied management from Lesley College in Cambridge, MA and a Bachelor of Science in business administration and information systems from Clark University in Worcester, MA.
