What exactly is the ACTion Program™ ?
Over the course of more than 20 years T.A. Wilson & Associates’ Principal and Founder, Timothy A. Wilson, has worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies. While serving as an executive he helped his organization overcome internal issues that inhibited growth and limited revenue. As an independent organizational consultant he worked with a number of teams and organizations that were struggling with the same crippling dysfunctions. Tim discovered that many of the teams were hampered by deficiencies in:
Accountability
- Team members feel accountability is tantamount to blame
- “That’s not my job,” is often cited as reason for inaction
- Team members take a defensive stance, rather than a proactive one
Communication
- Team members often possess polar opposite communication styles due to differences in backgrounds, personality, etc. This disconnection hampers their ability to effectively communicate with one another

The ACTion Program™ is a direct result of working closely with teams that were not reaching their potential, due to crippling dysfunctions centered around an absence of accountability, clear communications and effective teamwork. The ACTion Program™ is based on a common sense model that doesn’t force a predetermined set of formulas on the participants. Instead, each organization is assessed individually to determine its current and long-term business and personnel needs and to determine the factors that are inhibiting its success. An actionable plan is subsequently developed to best remedy the dysfunctions.
Most individuals who have been working for some time already have the skills required to do their jobs. What is most likely lacking is the discernment necessary to apply those skills in a way that will elicit the response needed from their fellow workmates or subordinates. What Will the ACTion Program™ Do for My Organization?

An ACTion Impact Evaluation™ is conducted to carefully assess the current company culture, morale and effectiveness of your organization. This provides the data necessary to produce our detailed ACTion Impact Evaluation Report™ . This comprehensive report is reviewed with the directly responsible individual (DRI) in your organization to assess your needs and develop a tailored plan of action.
T.A. Wilson & Associates then works onsite at your organization, or via telephone or Webinar, to begin implementing further assessments, any recommended training or exercises and individual and team coaching sessions. Participants learn to enhance their listening skills, and communication skills; build the level of trust in the organization; work as a strong team focused on the goals of the company and raise their level of accountability as individuals and as a team.
