people_working2During our initial meeting we’ll discuss the concerns and issues that you believe are hindering your organization.  This could range from a significant drop in sales revenue, organizational or people productivity concerns, communication issues, or conflict among team members.  Oftentimes, there are multiple issues, and as the leader you have the difficult decision of determining what takes priority. Our goal is to help you deal with the one you feel is most impacting your organization’s productivity and its resolultion will return the greatest value to your organization. At the conclusion of the meeting a conceptual agreement is developed which provides:

  • situation summary,
  • objectives what is to be accomplished,
  • measures of success,
  • value to be gained by doing this project,
  • methodology/intervention that will be used ,
  • timing how long it will take to complete the engagement
  • joint accountabilities what we as a team agree each of will be responsible for
  • terms and conditions
  • acceptance we sign off and proceed with the engagement

Having a consultant working with you shouldn’t be a drag. Our goal is to help you resolve the issue you’re facing as quickly as possible with as minimal disruption to your organization. At the end of our engagement the issue has been addressed and resolved based on the conceptual agreement we jointly developed.
